Bamboozle 2009

The Bamboozle 2009 was AWESOME! :D It always is the best festival in my opinion, and it didn’t fail to be great this year! I went with Joe and had a blast!

Probably one of the coolest things for me was having people come up to me and tell me they love my videos or asking to take pictures with me! It made me feel like a legit celebrity, so thank you to anyone who did so! They made me feel special hahah! :D

Anyway, we got there like 2 hours early and stood with a bunch of other really anxious kids.

It rained a LITTLE bit while we waited, but as soon as it started there was no rain at all (which sucked some of the time because we had sweatshirts… but it never got THAT warm so it was okay!

Around 2:30 we met someone who I was looking forward to meeting; Miss Chris Crocker! I told him (her?) that he was CRAZY and he said “thank you very much”! Hahah I love it!

We met up with Leighann for a little bit to see Attack Attack! They played right after Artist VS Poet, who were EXCELLENT as usual.

Before we left that area we took quick pictures with the singer from AVP! He was awesome, and he remembered me from talking online a few times about using his band’s music in my videos.

A little while later Joe took off randomly and I chased after him trying to find out where the hell he was going! Turns out his quick eyes spotted Marc from FTSK! We took quick pictures with him before a big black guy rushed him away hahah.

Later that night, Linc’s Special Guest turned out to be Journey so we watched them for a bit. Then FOB took the stage. For the first half an hour or so Joe and I were completely sardined in the crowd, but when I finally broke free and took Joe along with me, we made it to the best pit I’ve been in in a long time. It was SO MUCH FUN. Not only was it like 20 feet from the stage, all of the people in it were awesome and there were no insane guys with red hair and lumberjack beards (you know what I mean if you ever go in pits).

After the show was over and I had crowdsurfed out of there, me and Joe met up to head home!

On the way out I had to take a picture of the Fall Out Boy aftermath. I wouldn’t want to be in charge of clean-up!

So all in all we had an AWEEEEESOME day! I met lots of cool people, felt like a damn celebrity when people asked to take pictures with ME, and got to see some of my favorite bands!

I can’t wait for next year’s! :D
