Banksy has released an official statement relating to his recent Exit Through the Gift Shop Academy Award nomination (Best Documentary) saying: “This is a big surprise. Brick Shit House. We don’t remember exactly why we started calling it that. 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44 and 5:55 could all be called Brick Shit House. And 11:11 was a Full Brick Shit House.
Something about repetition.
Ten months from now, it’s gonna be 11/11/11, and then twice that day it’ll be 11:11. Full Brick Shit House of a lifetime.
