Just discovered this review from when the film premiered, and now I have a craving to read at-the-time reviews of all movies that are now considered classics.
Read about Psycho then. And Citizen Kane, but that one isn’t fair because the guy that the film was based on banned any good reviews in the paper at the time so… yeeeeah.
