3 days agoToday was a huge cleaning and organizing day for me, but in more ways than the usual. I’ve felt so unorganized lately and today I not only got physical stuff cleaned, but I cleaned up tons of old messages on various websites and in my e-mail, I finished reading Breaking Dawn (just in time for Twilight this Friday!), and I feel like it’s the end of my being unorganized and going back to having everything all together again.
It’s very exciting! :D
What’s also exciting is that I’ve got web design stuff back in order and I’ll be unveiling new designs and stuff soon, which I can actually say doesn’t ONLY excite me because people ask me all the time when I’m going to update various designs so that’s great!
In other news, TRL ended today! It was an amazing finale, surprisingly. I was ready to just laugh at it because I dislike MTV now for just being like…annoying, but it was great! It basically summed up my damn childhood, it was sad but fun and it was just really great. :]
AND IN OTHERRRRR NEWS: SNOW THIS WEEK?! HOLY SHIT AWESOME!

Daniel Craig, the current James Bond, says that Barack Obama’s presidential victory has paved the way for the first black Bond.
“After Barack Obama’s victory I think we might have reached the moment for a colored 007,” Craig said. “I think the role could easily be played by a black actor, because the character created by Ian Fleming in the 50s has undergone a great deal of evolution and continues to be updated.”
Ian Fleming, by the way, had a chapter titled “Nigger Heaven” in his book Live And Let Die that describes a room in a Harlem club in which the “air was thick with smoke and the sweet, feral smell of two hundred negro bodies”.
Daniel Craig actually suggested that Obama himself might make a good James Bond. “Obama would be the better Bond, because, if he’s true to his word, he’d be willing to quite literally look the enemy in the eye and go toe-to-toe with them.”

This was actually really interesting to read. For the most part, he seems like a cool guy. Some highlights:
- He’s read every Harry Potter book.
- He uses a Mac.
- He did marijuana and cocaine as a teenager.
- His secret service callsign is “Renegade”.
- He collects Spiderman comics.
- He wears $1500 suits.
- He rarely drinks coffee and never drinks alcohol.
- He applied to be a pin-up in a magazine but was rejected.
Read it. It’s really interesting.
